1. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and when placing orders.

2. Wallet & Deposits

Orders are paid for from your APEXprofiles wallet balance. Deposits are reviewed by our team before funds are credited to your wallet; we reserve the right to decline a deposit we cannot verify. Wallet balances have no cash value outside of ordering services on this platform.

3. Orders & Delivery

Delivery times shown on each service are estimates, not guarantees. You're responsible for providing an accurate link, username, or email for your order — we are not responsible for delivery to the wrong destination due to incorrect information you provided. Orders that are still pending or processing can be cancelled for a full wallet refund; completed orders may be eligible for a refund request, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Prohibited Use

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to defraud or abuse the wallet, deposit, or refund system.
• Submitting links or accounts you do not own or have permission to promote.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform.

Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of APEXprofiles after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
